Broadleaf plantain is
hardy, low-maintenance perennial is known for its edible leaves, mucilage and medicinal properties. The leaves are edible as a salad green when young and tender where the older and stringier leaves can be cooked in stews and eaten.
Sunlight: Bright filtered light
Water: Water regularly to keep soil moist, allowing soil to dry slightly between watering intervals. Avoid over-watering.
Fertiliser: Keep your plant in top form by feeding it every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid fertiliser or sprinkling soild fertiliser over the soil.
