Do I need an account?

In order to keep track of your records better, we will need customer to create an account with us. This helps us better should you need recommendations or advise with your plants in the future.You will also be able to track past orders if you have an account with us.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with Noah Garden Centre is easy

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three to five working days.

Without lift access
An additional flat rate of $15 will apply if there is no lift access at the delivery address which is located in a building from 2nd floor onwards. This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. *Please pay the fee directly to the service provider.

Example:
Additional S$15.00 per item transported to a non-lift-accessible storey.
A delivery comprising of 3 numbers of potted plants is to be made to a 2-storey shophouse without elevator access. (Items that can be carried at once will be considered as 1 trip and will be charged $15.00)

Delivery for Condo
Condominium deliveries may be done on weekdays for a certain time only. If you selected weekend deliveries, kindly inform the building management of the arrival.  

*If the building management does not allow the delivery vehicle to enter the building, kindly collect your orders with location stated by our dispatch team (Eg. Entrance of the condo)

*If the building management does not allow the delivery vehicle to enter the building and you’re not around, kindly be informed there will be additional charges for the re-delivery.

Can I self-collect?

Due to Covid-19, self-collection has been suspended to practice minimal unnecessary contact.

Is there any warranty provided?

We have a 7-day Warranty policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition.
  • Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This warranty policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
  • If the item was received in good condition and as pictured in our website we are unable to exchange/return the item based on personal preference e.g. it does fit your decor.

What will happen if ordered item(s) is(are) out-of-stock?

As much as we would like to make sure the items you ordered are in stock, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause our items to be out of stock.

Unforeseen circumstances may include but are not limited to plant quality that is not up to standard, broken stems found or pots that may have chipped or have hairline crack that we find doing our quality checks.

In cases where we are unable to deliver your order due to the above scenario(s) we will provide you with a monetary refund and an extra $5 worth of points (100 points) credited to your Plant Parents Club account for your next purchase.

Points will be added to your reward balance after email confirmation of out-of-stock items sent.

During busy days, we appreciate your kind patience as we will be packing all your lovely plants within the next 3-5 working days.

May I know if there is any cut off time for ordering to make sure my order reaches on time?

On average, orders placed before 11.30am everyday will be delivered by the third day placing your order.

Eg, you have placed an order on Tuesday 11.29am, you will be receiving your order by Thursday between 10am to 10pm.

However, we might expect a higher volume of orders during festive seasons or peak periods. We appreciate you placing your order at your soonest or you may reach us out at the chatroom (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) to check the earliest availability with the customer service team.

Can I insert 2 address in one order as it is a separate gift for loved ones?

We are sorry however, the system only allows one address per order.

Can I alter or cancel my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. (Eg : changes on shipping address, discount codes).

Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your bag before checking out.

Do you take orders during public holidays?

Yes! We do accept orders 24/7, 365 days. However, delivery might take slightly longer during public holidays. 

As much as we would like to process all the lovely plants to their parents, we will be taking our breaks and coming back recharged to handle your order on the next working day.

Do you charge GST?

Yes, we do as we are GST registered. The GST will be calculated at the end of the payment page.

What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

All orders should be automatically processed after receiving the order or we will try our best to deliver based on your requested date. If at any case that order is not delivered to you within next 5 business days, please fill up the enquiry form with the order ID and your name or talk to us on WhatsApp.

Our customer service team will be assist to advise accordingly.

What if i'm not home during delivery?

If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, you may request our delivery team to leave it on your doorstep. If not, you will be responsible for shipping charges for attempted delivery and returned packages.

About Repotting Service

How to engage NGC Repotting Service? (Step-by-step Guide)

Repotting Service is available if you purchase both plant and pot under the same order. 

  • Step 1: Add the plants you like to cart. Shop all live plants here
  • Step 2: Check the rootball size of the plant before selecting a pot (ie. Rootball Size: 13cmØ x 12cmH) 
  • Step 3: Shop all pots here. Find an indoor/outdoor pot with diameter 2cm to 4cm bigger than the plant's rootball size.
    For example, the rootball size is 13cmØ x 12cmH. Hence, you may choose a pot diameter from 15cm to 17cm. 
  • Step 4: Please select the 'Repotting Service' option before you add your desired pot into cart. The fee will varies depending on the pot size. 
  • Step 5: Indicate the name of the plant you would like to repot at the 'Repotting Instruction' box. ngc repotting service

That's all and you may add your desired pot to cart! 

We will help to repot the plant into your desired pot and also top up potting media according to the pot size. 

What is the purpose of repotting plants?

Repotting is to give the plant additional room to grow, and also to provide a refresh of soil as it can become depleted of nutrients over time.

You may also engage our repotting service to change the landscape plastic pot to any pot of your choice that is purchased under the same order.

Can all the plants be repotted before delivery?

Yes, we can help to repot all the plants into any pots of your selection, that have met the following requirements:

  • Make sure to select a pot (diameter) that is 2 to 4cm larger than the plant's rootball size.
  • All pots and plants has to be under the same order.
  • Pot diameter that are not bigger than 39cm.
  • Plant height that are not taller than 1m.

For pot diameter that are 40cm or larger or plants that are taller than 1m, we are unable to do the repotting at our warehouse and deliver it to you. This is because the item will be too bulky to deliver after repotting. 

Hence, we will provide gardener services and do the repotting on-site instead. You may opt for gardener services before adding the pots into your cart. 

How to select the right pot for my plant?

Do refer to the rootball size of the plant ie.:

If the plant’s rootball size is 15cm, choose a pot size that is at least 17cm and larger.

Is there any limitation for repotting service?

For pot diameters that are bigger than 39cm, we are unable to do the repotting service at our warehouse.

Kindly check out our gardener service where you can engage us for any gardener works. (Eg: repotting, replanting, plant removal works)

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards (for selected countries only).

The range of next batch arrival of common species will be about 2 weeks to 1 month.

For seasonal plants, the arrival dates will vary and you may check with the customer service team via Whatsapp if you are keen.

Plant I received is less bushy or has some flaws, can I get an exchange?

About Plants

How do I check if my plants fit their matching pots?

Do refer to the rootball size of the plant ie. if the plant’s rootball size is 15cm, choose a pot size that is 15cm or larger.

Can I choose a particular shape of plant?

We will choose the plants that match the closest to the product photo (on the website) as possible. However, do note that every plant has its own natural flair and may exhibit slight differences and will not be exchangeable.

The item I want is Out of Stock, what do I do now?

We know how it feels when your favourite items are out of stock. If you wish to be notified upon stock availability, please let us know by filling in the form located at the “Product Detail” page.

Will there be any plant replacement if my plants are dying?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for plant maintenance after delivery.

Plants dying can be caused by various reasons and we cannot guarantee the full survival of your plants since then.

How do I maintain my newly bought plant?

We understand if you are a new Plant Parent it can be quite overwhelming.

Each plant has it's care requirements stated in the product description. You may follow the sunlight requirement and watering care listed as this is the essential and basic nutrients needed to keep the plant growing healthily.
