In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or if there is an item missing, please fill up the form below.

  1. We abide by our policy that all returns and exchanges are unavailable after 7 days.
  2. All items must be in their original condition, with the tag intact should it come with it. Items that do not fulfill these criteria will be duly rejected.
  3. 7-day Exchange Policy starts when the plants are delivered until 7-days after the delivery date.
  4. Kindly note that plants that are repotted through Gardener Services are not eligible for this warranty.*   

*Plants potted using gardener service are not covered by 7-days exchange policy as unforeseen situations will occured when we work on the plant rootball. 

Kindly allow our team 3 to 5 working days to process all requests and we seek your understanding while we verify if return/exchanges are possible.

Noah Garden Centre has the right to collect unsolicited products, if necessary. If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund or credit voucher will be issued to you.

These are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods such as Gardening supplies, Gift cards, E-voucher, Shipping fee, Product purchased with Discount code, Promotion items.
