Vanda Miss Joaquim is the first registered plant hybrid from Singapore. On 15 April 1981, Vanda Miss Joaquim was selected as Singapore's National Flower. This slow-growing hybrid grows best in an open, sunny location. It may bloom at any time of the year.
Sunlight: Full Sun preferred.
Water: Water daily thoroughly. Ensure the exposed roots absorb sufficient moisture as it turns from white to greenish.
Fertiliser: Recommends slow-release nitricote fertilizer with organic lactobacilius Aquis. Good bacteria will promote healthy roots and eventually enhance growth.
Plant size: Approx. 40-50cm (vary in sizes)
Rootball/ Pot size: Dia 15cm clay or plastic pot, height 12cm
Pot type: Clay or plastic pot with a drainage hole
Remark: 3 cuttings of 50-60cm tie on a bamboo pole in clay or plastic pot.
