The Aeschynanthus pulcher, also known as the Lipstick Plant, has pointy, waxy leaves and blooms with bright clusters of flowers. Their flowers are vivid red blossoms emerging from a dark maroon bud reminiscent of a tube of lipstick. They have cascading, vine-like foliage which makes them an ideal choice for use in hanging baskets or tall containers.
Sunlight: Partial Sunlight
Water: Water with sufficient amount to allow water to drain out from below of the pot, then allow top 1 inch of soil to dry out before watering again.
Fertiliser: Keep your plant in top form by feeding it every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid fertiliser or sprinkling solid fertiliser over the soil.
