Artemisia dracunculus is also known as Tarragon is a bitter warming aromatic herb. It is a hardy herb commonly grown for its aromatic leaves and peppery-like flavor. Therefore, it commonly used in many traditional recipes that are used for flavoring many dishes and is especially popular for flavoring vinegar.
