Heliconia psittacorum, also known as the Heliconia Lady Diana is native to tropical Americas, although its many varieties are neutralized and commercially grown all over the world, majorly in Florida, Gambia and Thailand. Heliconia Lady Diana (Heliconia Psittacorum) plant grows in groups and suits to almost any type of garden with its dense green foliage and stunning flowers.
Sunlight: Heliconia Lady Diana thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. It should be placed in a spot where it can receive 4-6 hours of sunlight each day.
Water: This plant requires consistently moist soil, but not waterlogged. Water your Heliconia regularly and ensure that the soil stays damp. However, do not let the plant sit in water as this can cause root rot.
Fertiliser: Keep your plant in top form by feeding it every few weeks with a dilute solution of liquid fertiliser or soild fertiliser over the soil.
