Rhapis excelsa, also known as the Lady Palm, is an indoor air purifying plant. It grows in multi-stemmed clumps with glossy, palmate leaves. The lady palms are some of the easiest palms to grow. They like their soil to stay moist. Drying the soil severely can cause the foliage to turn grey, and tips to burn.
