With the capability of growing up to 18m tall in the wild, the Pachira Aquatica is more often kept indoors with its symbolism for bringing in wealth.
Place your Pachira Aquatica under bright and indirect sunlight, and do avoid direct sunlight because it will cause its leaves to scorch and turn brown. You may wish to rotate and turn the plant frequently to evenly distribute light to its leaves.
Water your Pachira thoroughly and make sure that the soil is evenly moist. Water your plant whenever the top inch of the soil is dry to the touch, and make sure to water till some water flows through the pot's drainage holes. Do make sure not to overwater as root problems will occur.
Fertilise with a diluted liquid fertiliser once every three weeks.
* Kindly take note when you're purchasing a matching pot, the diameter has to be larger than the rootball size.
