The Yangtze River used to be home to the baiji dolphin, but sadly they became extinct in 2006. Its cousin, the finless porpoise, is critically endangered with numbers hovering around 2,000. Organisations like the WWF are working with the government, the private sector and the public to put into place measures to help the smiling porpoise survive.
This pot is called ‘Porpoise with Purpose’, as a reminder to do whatever we can every day to live harmoniously with nature, so that no other creature will ever become extinct again.
Pot Size | 7.5 cm (height), 8.0 cm (top diameter), 5.0 cm (base diameter)
The terracotta pot is painted by hand and as such, there will be slight variations to the photos shown, making each pot unique.
There is a small hole in the base of the pot.
However, it is recommended to keep plants in their plastic container pots if possible rather than planting directly into our hand painted pots. This allows for better control of watering and will keep the pot in top condition for longer.
For indoor use. Keep pot away from direct exposure to rain and sun.
