Philodendron squamiferum, Red Bristle Philodendron (0.4mH)


Philodendron Squamiferum or the ‘hairy’ Philodendron is a relatively rare species of the Philodendron family. It’s easy to care for, and pretty foliage makes it a popular choice among the masses as a houseplant. Ensure that the Philodendron Squamiferum is kept in a well-ventilated and humid environment. 

Sunlight: Bright indirect light

Water: 3 times a week. They need well-draining soil. Their soil should always be moist but never drenched.

Fertiliser: Recommend Gaviota 63 foliar fertilizer and /or lactobacillus Aquis organic fertilizer once a week.

Plant size: Approx 40cm (vary in sizes)

Root Ball/Pot Size: ø 15cm x 15cm H

Pot type: Sold with plastic pot with drainage hole.
