The trifoliate leaflets of the Purple Shamrock are visually floppy and each directs one of its points to the centre of the leaf. With its butterfly-shaped leaves, the Oxalis regnellii ‘Purple Shamrock’ is a relatively easy plant to care for.
Thrives best in bright indirect sunlight. Avoid areas that are too shaded.
Water till the soil is moist. Allow soil to partially dry up before watering again.
While fertilizing is not much needed, feeding it with a diluted all-purpose liquid fertilizer once a month will suffice.
