Being the most fuss-free plant, also known as baby ti and Hawaiian good-luck-plant, is technically classified as Cordyline terminalis. They make excellent houseplants, and you can easily grow them by a sunny, warm window. Smooth, glossy, thick leaves have a fair share of various variegation. The leathery leaf blade is green with a thin and bright magenta edge.

 

Sunlight: Direct Sunlight or Partial Sunlight

Water: Keep soil moist, allowing soil to dry slightly between watering intervals. Water when the top inch soil is dry and mist the leaves regularly to raise the humidity. 

Fertiliser: For best results, feed with slow release pellets or liquid fertiliser once a month.
