FAQ: What will happen if ordered item(s) is(are) out-of-stock?

As much as we would like to make sure the items you ordered are in stock, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause our items to be out of stock.

Unforeseen circumstances may include but not limited to plant quality that is not up to the standard, broken stems found or during our quality checks we find pots that may have chipped or have hairline crack. 

For orders placed from 1st November 2021 (00:00), in case of any out-of-stock items in your order, the subtotal amount of the out-of-stock items (inclusive of GST) will be reimbursed to the 'Plant Parents Club' account in the form of redeemable points.

Points will be added to your reward balance after email confirmation of out-of-stock items sent.

How To Redeem Points?

You can redeem points in your reward balance as an instant rebate for your future purchases at our store. 

  • Every 20 Points can be redeemed for $1.00.
