FAQ - how does the delivery works?

With a minimum store spending of $20.00 (before GST or discount code) we are able to deliver your order with a charge of $10.00 delivery fee.
Enjoy complimentary delivery with Noah Garden Centre with a purchase of $100.00 before GST or discount code applied.
Bulk item Delivery
There will be additional charges of $27.90 for bulk-item delivery that exceeds above 100kg per trip that involves Gardening Supplies.
You will receive an email for the delivery time a day before delivery date.
- Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events.
- Address cannot be changed once order is paid, Noah Garden Centre is not liable for wrong address in the invoice.
Delivery Time
Due to the new implementations for the safety of recipients and staff, we are conducting contactless delivery, we will be leaving the parcel/ box at your doorstep.
Please note that our standard delivery timing is from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Without lift access
An additional flat rate of $15 will apply if there is no lift access at the delivery address which is located in a building from 2nd floor onwards. This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. *Please pay the fee directly to the service provider.
Example:
Additional S$15.00 per transported to a non lift-accessible storey.
A delivery comprising of 3 numbers of potted plants is to be made to a 2-storey shophouse without elevator access. (Items that can be carried at once will be considered as 1 trip and will be charged $15.00)

Delivery for Condo
Condominium deliveries may be done on weekdays for a certain time only. If you selected weekend deliveries, kindly inform the building management for the arrival. *If the building management does not allow delivery vehicle to enter the building, kindly collect your orders with location stated by our dispatch team (Eg. Entrance of the condo) *If the building management does not allow delivery vehicle to enter the building and you’re not around, kindly be inform there will be additional charges for the redelivery.
