Also known as the false Cypress, the Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana is a beautiful ornamental plant that resembles a dwarf-sized Christmas Tree.
Place your Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana at a sunny spot where it can receive full sun for 6 hours. The plant can also tolerate partial shade without compromising much of its growth.
Water your plant and ensure that the soil is kept moist and not soggy. Allow the top 2 inches of the soil to dry up before watering. Watering your plant may frequently be required depending on the weather. Be careful not to overwater them as overwatering can cause waterbeds which will lead to root rot.
The Chamaecyparis Lawsoniana thrives well even without any fertiliser as they do not require them. You may wish to feed it with a slow-releasing fertiliser.
* Kindly take note when you're purchasing matching pot, the diameter has to be larger than the rootball size.
