Clitoria ternatea, commonly known as the butterfly pea, is an edible flower that is commonly used in cooking as a natural dye. The blue dye produced by the flower reacts with lemon juice to produce a beautiful purple colour. This gorgeous, huge, double flower blooms was found in Thailand.
