Shopping with Noah Garden Centre is easy


  • Log on to www.noahgardencentre.com.sg.
  • To add items to your cart, click on “Add to Cart” with your desired quantity. To review your items, click on the "Shopping Bag" icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
  • Select your choice of shipping method, select preferred delivery date
  • Click on ‘Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for review.
  • Fill in your preferred Shipping Address. If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
  • Click on ‘Continue to delivery method’, select shipping method to proceed with the payment.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

Unfortunately we do not have a retail for you to visit. We're saving on retail cost in order to provide you a lower price and better quality products.

Delivery Time

Under your “Cart” page, select your preferred date and time. If you’re unable to select the date you want, it means all the delivery slots for that date has been fully occupied. We deliver from Tuesdays to Sundays, 6 days a week, between 11.00am to 9.00pm. Please note that the expected delivery date/time is made at our best approximation.

Self-Collection

For a seamless shopping experience, all you have to do is select self-collection at checkout. When your order is ready for collection, you’ll be notified via email or SMS. All you have to do is head down to our location to collect.

*Self-collection is temporarily suspended during this period (Covid-19) until further notice.

We have a 7-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:


  • Item must be in its original purchase condition
  • Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable

Shipping cost associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Noah Garden Centre.

If all the requirements mentioned are met, contact Customer Service with your order number and the item you wish to return. Refunds will be in a form of a store credit voucher to be used on your next online purchase.

Once you've placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. Our systems are automated and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you review your bag before checking out.


If your order has already been processed/received and you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team.

Cancellations cannot be made once the order is finalised. Cancellations request has to be 7days before selected delivery date.

Delivery Time

We deliver from Tuesdays to Sundays, 6 days a week, between 12.00pm to 9.00pm. Please note that the expected delivery date/time is made at our best approximation.


Without lift access

An additional flat rate of $35 will apply if there is no lift access at the delivery address which is located in a building from 2nd floor onwards. This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. *Please pay the fee directly to the service provider.


Example: 

Additional S$35.00 per transported to a non lift-accessible storey.

A delivery comprising of 3 numbers of potted plants is to be made to a 2-storey shophouse without elevator access. (Items that can be carried at once will be considered as 1 trip and will be charged $35.00)

Delivery for Condo

Condominium deliveries may be done on weekdays for a certain time only. If you selected weekend deliveries, kindly inform the building management for the arrival.  *If the building management does not allow delivery vehicle to enter the building, kindly collect your orders with location stated by our dispatch team (Eg. Entrance of the condo) *If the building management does not allow delivery vehicle to enter the building and you’re not around, kindly be inform there will be additional charges for the redelivery.


Self-Collection

  • If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to us.
  • If no one is available to receive the package at the delivery address, you may request our delivery team to leave it on your doorstep. If not, you will be responsible for shipping charges for attempted delivery and returned packages.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards.
  • Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Singapore dollars
  • In case of errors, check if the correct information has been inputted and try again. If the problem persists, try an alternative payment mode.

Returns and Refunds 

To be eligible for a returns, all items must be in their original condition, items that do not fulfil these criteria will be duly rejected. We abide by our policy that all returns and exchanges are unavailable after 7 days.  Returns and refunds does not apply on Marketplace products unless specify on Seller's Page.

Please email our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and specify the order number and item(s) for returns and deliver your item to 1 Soon Lee Street, #06-14 & 15 Pioneer Centre, Singapore 627605.

Please have the following details on hand :

  • Name of Item

  • Photo Reference

These are exempt from being returned.

  3. Change of mind

For approved refund, Noah Garden Centre may provide a refund in a form of credit voucher or via the original payment method. Refund by payment method may take up to 14 working days.

Exchange 

In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or if there is an item missing, please contact our Customer Service Team. We abide by our policy that all returns and exchanges are unavailable after 7 days. (7 days exchange does not apply on Marketplace products unless specify on Seller's Page)

Please email us at info@noahgardencentre.com.sg within 7 working days of receiving for exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, with the tag intact should it come with it. Items that do not fulfil these criteria will be duly rejected. 

Kindly allow our team 3 to 5 working days to process all requests and we seek your understanding while we verify if return/exchanges are possible. Noah Garden Centre has the right to collect unsolicited products, if necessary. If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund or credit voucher will be issued to you.





Do refer to the rootball size of the plant ie. if the plant’s rootball size is 15cm, choose a pot size that is 15cm or larger.

As our plants come directly from overseas nurseries, we will choose the plants as close to the product photo (on the website) as possible. However do note that every plant has its own natural flair and may exhibit slight differences and will not be exchangeable.

We know how it feels when your favourite items are out of stock. If you wish to be notified upon stock availability, please let us know by filling in the form located at the “Product Detail” page.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for plants maintenance after delivery. 

Plants dying can be caused by various reasons and we cannot guarantee the full survival of your plants since then.

How to differentiate Plant Disposal and Plant Removal


Scenario 1 : Plant Disposal

  • Dispose whole plants together with brown landscape pots 
  • Just disposal works, no other action required
  • Additional charges might occur for heavy pots*

Charge based on weight (Quoted by Customer Service)

  • $25 for up to 50kg
  • $50 for up to 100kg
  • $75 for up to 150kg

Scenario 2 : Removal of Plants 


If you wish to keep your existing pot

  • Plants to be removed from existing pots
  • Additional charges might occur for heavy pots*

Charge based on height (Quoted by Customer Service)

  • Small (0 to 60cm) - $3.00
  • Medium (0.6m to 1.2m) - $12.00
  • Tall (1.2m to 1.5m) - $28.00
  • Extra Tall (1.5m to 2.0m) - $36.00


Scenario 3 : Removal and Disposal of Plants
